Find out who is playing on Saturday without chasing the group chat

Knowing who can play is the first job of every matchday week, and often the most tiring. Match Report GO sends an availability request for each fixture, lets families answer in a couple of taps, and reminds the people who have not replied, so you can pick a squad on Thursday rather than guess on Saturday morning.

Ask once, per fixture

Add your fixtures, then send an availability request for the match. Every player's family gets the same clear question: can they play? Replies collect in one list against the fixture, so you can see at a glance who is in, who is out and who has not answered yet.

That list then feeds straight into line-ups, so the players you pick from are the ones who said yes.

No app or account needed to reply

Parents can reply to availability from an email link. They do not need to download the app, create an account or remember a password. Tap the link, choose an answer, done.

This matters more than it sounds. The families who never reply to the group chat are usually the ones who find a new app one step too many. A single link removes that step.

Reminders that do not nag

If someone has not answered, the app sends an automatic reminder so you do not have to. Reminders are never sent to the same person twice within 12 hours, so families get a nudge rather than a stream of messages.

Do parents have to download the app?

No. Parents can reply from the email link without an app or an account. Families who want more, such as seeing the squad when it is published, can join the app if they choose.

How often do reminders go out?

Reminders are automatic, and nobody is sent one more than once in any 12-hour period. The aim is a polite nudge, not a flood.

Is availability included on the free plan?
